With a professional background in engineering, Eric began his career working with well-known multinational corporations, where he spent more than 15 years gaining extensive experience in technology, operations, and business management. Over the past 17 years, Eric has built extensive experience within the automotive industry, spanning automotive sales, fleet management, and wholesale distribution in the tyre sector. Through these roles, he developed deep insights into the operational challenges faced by vehicle owners, workshops, and fleet operators.

Recognizing the fragmentation and inefficiencies within traditional vehicle services, Eric envisioned a more connected and streamlined approach. He founded Auto365 to unify services, commerce, and supply chains into one integrated platform—simplifying vehicle care while improving accessibility, efficiency, and convenience.

In 2022, Eric founded Future Digital Solution Sdn Bhd, marking the beginning of a technology-driven automotive platform. From this foundation, he launched AutoMall365 and subsequently established Auto365 Group.

Today, Auto365 encompasses multiple platforms including AutoMall365, AutoMove365, AutoAssist365, AutoFleet365, AutoSupply365, and AutoService365—all connected to support a comprehensive automotive ecosystem.
